We offer you to spend memorable holidays in a newly equipped apartment with two bedrooms and a sitting-room. The apartment is in the ethnographical house, on Pamario Street, on the second floor, intended for rest of 4 people. Curonian Lagoon is only 120 m away. The apartment is rented all the year round.

All equipment in the apartment is modern; nevertheless, the interior is designed to evoke the spirit of the old times. It is very light and comfortable there. All windows have nets to protect from insects.

There is a double bed in the first bedroom. A stylish cupboard for small things and clothes closet are by the bed. A small table with a mirror is set especially for women and girls. While in bed, guests can watch a liquid crystal television (cable television). There are two windows in the room, and a lot of light passes through them.

The second bedroom is also intended for two people. There are two single beds in it, which (upon guests’ request) we can turn into a double bed. Thus, a family from four people or two couples can comfortably live in the apartment. In this room, there is a chest of drawers to put the things.

It is pleasant to spend evenings in the sitting room and dining-room at the round table. There is a second TV with cable television there. There is all necessary equipment such as an electric oven, a stove, a refrigerator, washing machine, a stone mass sink, a kettle, dishes, pots, table, and other utensils. A water filtration system is installed in the apartment. Also, there is a Wi-fi in the apartment.

During colder seasons, it is very enjoyable to spend evenings by watching flames in the furnace. A heated floor is installed in all rooms in the apartment.

There is a shower, a sink, a lavatory, and a bidet in the light bathroom. Guests are provided with clean beddings and towels.

Holidaymakers will be able to spend their leisure time in the terrace, set by the house, with outdoor furniture. Under the arbor, guests can find a shelter from rain and sun. They will be able to have picnics or grill shashlik in the shashlik-house. People, who settled in the apartment, get a car parking place under the windows.

The apartment is newly equipped, intended for rent only; therefore, guests will not feel that there were any residents before them. You will spend your holidays there comfortably.
